Leeds Bradford Airport's terms and conditions
1. Entrants must be 18 or older and have a valid postal and delivery address within the UK.
2. To enter the prize draw you will need to subscribe to Leeds Bradford Airport’s marketing emails (and be subscribed on the date the prize is drawn) and provide the correct answer to the question asked, along with your name and email address. By providing us with this information, you are confirming your acceptance of these terms and conditions.
3. Internet access is required, and no postal entries are accepted.
4. The start date for receipt of entries is 12/09/2024 and the closing date is 28/09/2024. Any entries received before the opening or after the closing dates will be invalid and will not be entered into the prize draw.
5. The winner of the prize draw will be chosen at random by a staff member of Leeds Bradford Airport.
6. Leeds Bradford Airport will attempt to notify the winner within 30 days of the closing date. The winner will be contacted on the email address provided when entering the prize draw. The winner will have 30 days from notification to claim the Prize. If Leeds Bradford Airport is unable to notify the winner, or if the winner fails to respond within 30 days, this may result in forfeiture of the Prize and Leeds Bradford Airport reserves the right to select an alternative winner in accordance with these terms and conditions.
7. By entering the prize draw entrants warrant that all information submitted by them is true, current, and complete.
8. Entries are limited to one entry per person and per valid email address. Entries received that exceed this limit will be invalid and will not be entered into the prize draw.
9. There is no cash equivalent or alternative prize.
10. The Prize cannot be sold, transferred, auctioned or used for commercial gain.
11. No responsibility can be accepted by Leeds Bradford Airport for entries not received for whatever reason.
12. Leeds Bradford Airport reserves the right to amend or cancel the prize draw without notice should the prize draw be affected by circumstances outside Leeds Bradford Airport's control.
13. Leeds Bradford Airport reserves the right to refuse an entry if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the entrant has breached any of these terms and conditions or has been fraudulent or has acted contrary to the spirit of the prize draw.
14. Leeds Bradford Airport's decision is final on all matters and no correspondence will be entered into.
15. You agree that if you are the winner of the Prize, you will take part in and co-operate fully with reasonable publicity or promotion organised by Leeds Bradford Airport and to the use of your name in such publicity without any fee being payable.
16. By submitting your personal details, you agree to Leeds Bradford Airport processing those details in accordance with its privacy policy which can be viewed at www.leedsbradfordairport.co.uk/privacy-policy.
17. By agreeing to be added to Leeds Bradford Airport’s marketing list you agree to receive marketing communications from us. You may withdraw from this list at any time by following the steps set out in our marketing emails.17. By entering the prize draw, an entrant is deemed to have read and accepted these terms and conditions and the easyJet terms and conditions and agrees to be bound by them.
18. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and any dispute arising out of them will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
easyJet holidays – prize-specific T&Cs
The ‘easyJet holidays Credit’ Prize
1. Each winner will receive £700 of easyJet holidays credit (“Credit”) that will be added to each winners easyJet holidays account. An account can be created for free using the winners email address if the winner does not have an existing account.
2. Use of the Credit is subject to the Credit on Account Terms & Conditions: https://www.easyjet.com/en/holidays/info/credit-terms
3. Credit can be redeemed against an easyJet holidays city break to Paris of the winner’s choice. The city break will include: return standard easyJet flights from Leeds Bradford Airport direct to Paris, accommodation, and a small under-seat cabin bag (45x36x20cm).
4. Credit cannot be used against the cost of travel insurance, travel to the UK airport, food and drink, spending money, taxes payable in resort or personal expenses. Any other costs incurred in addition to those set out above and that are incidental to the fulfilment of the holiday are the responsibility of the winner(s).
5. The winner(s) can add friends or family members to the holiday booking, up to the total booking value of £700 (depending on the amount won). If the total cost of the requested package holiday exceeds the prize amount, the winner will need to pay the outstanding amount by credit or debit card.
6. Once the holiday has been booked, the Booking Conditions of easyJet holidays will apply, with the exception that no refund (whether in cash or credit) will be provided if the holiday is cancelled for any reason by the winner. If easyJet holidays had to cancel the booking (due to e.g. a change in foreign office travel advice that advised against travel to the chosen destination), an alternative holiday will be offered where possible, or Credit for the holiday re-issued to the winner’s easyJet holidays account.
7. The winner(s) must travel on the booking made using the Credit. The Credit will expire after 12 months of issue by easyJet holidays. Credit can be used against any available travel dates at the time of booking. If not used by the expiry date, Credit will be lost and will not be reinstated. The Credit cannot be redeemed against flight only bookings with easyJet.com. There’s no cash or other alternative to the Prize, and it must be taken as offered.
